Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.

All packages are mailed via FedEx at this point in time.
When calculating shipping days, FedEx does not consider weekends and holidays as business days.

Your happiness is our highest priority. Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept items that have been opened, half-eaten, sampled or tampered with for an exchange or refund. Shipping cost and shipping insurance are not eligible for refunds.

Once we have received the return shipment, items will be inspected and an exchange or refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.
All services, appointment deposits, gift cards and prescription medication [indicated by a * after the product name] are not eligible for refunds and are final sale. Once a prescription medication has left the office (item was picked up or mailed out], we cannot process a return or exchange per DEA regulations.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed.
We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and so cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled or modified once placed. Please reach out to our team and we will do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

If a package is marked as delivered by FedEx, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
If you are concerned about theft in your area, please consider adding shipping insurance to your order so that your order will be insured against theft and items damaged in transit.
