Diata Membership Plans

The first appointment with your MD is $355. This visit is the 40 minutes and will be with one of our board-certified, award-winning MDs. There is a $75 deposit to reserve a time which goes towards the first visit fee.

After this, at your second visit, you move to one of our monthly plans. We have three membership tiers–select a tier to get started.

Core Membership

$299/month

What's Included

  • Two appointments per month, one 20-minute appointment with the MD and one 20-minute appointment with the RD.

Annual prepayment discount: 10% off

Membership fees do not include medications, supplements, or food items. Should you and your medical team determine that these are appropriate for your program, these will be billed separately.

Premium Membership

$499/month

What's Included

  • Two extra-time appointments per month, one 30-minute appointment with the MD and one 30-minute appointment with the RD.
  • This plan is best for those who have complex medical conditions that need to be managed closely as you lose weight.
  • Priority patient support coordinator.
