Tahini Dressing Designed by award-winning Dr. Constable, our food balances blood sugars to promote more energy, weight loss and optimal health.
Ingredients
1 glove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp coconut aminos (we like Big Tree and Thrive Market)
1/2 cup tahini (we like Soom, a local Philadelphia brand)
1-in piece fresh garlic, peeled and chopped (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
2 Tbsp brown rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil (hot sesame oil if spicy is preferred)
2-4 Tbsp water (to thin, as needed)
How to prep
- Blend all ingredients together (or whisk together with fork in a cooking bowl) until smooth.
Tips & tricks
*
When adding water to tahini, the mixture will seize up (ie., it will look like it is getting thicker.) Continue to blend or whisk and the mixture will become a smooth, evenly-thinned-out liquid. It’s pretty wild!

Dressing can be stored in the frig for up to 1 week. The dressing will thicken up after sitting in the frig. To thin it out, simply add in more hot water and whisk.
