Strawberry Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ fresh mint leaves
- 1 ½ Diata Health vanilla shake
- ¼ avocado (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: 1 Tbsp monkfruit sugar
How to prep
-Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
-If necessary, add additional almond milk until you achieve the desired consistency.
-If you're craving a sweeter treat, add 1 Tbsp of monkfruit sugar.
-Enjoy!
